Gentle Free Form Tai Chi

We practice "well-being Tai Chi" adapted from formal forms and we include a "cool down" and a short meditation exercise for our outer and inner health.

You can do as much or as little as you wish, you can stand or sit during Tai Chi and sit or lie down during the cool down, etc.

Refreshments are provided. We pay £2 to £4 each for the hire of the hall and for refreshments, depending on numbers. We are limited to 12-14 per session.

We usually meet every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 11 a.m. for a 11.15 start and the session lasts for approx. 90 minutes.

We are based at a local venue. Come when you can.

You need to be a U3A Hereford and District Branch member to be on the Waiting List ( possible 12-18 months wait), no Tasters at present
