Meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of the month from 1.30 to 3.30pm (with a tea break and £1 contribution).
We explore a wide range of scientific topics, recognising the topics’ importance to our lives. Indoor sessions may be led by one or more members or guest speakers, and we hope to arrange occasional trips.
Suggestions for future speakers and topics are always welcomed.

"Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern that cycles between periods of eating and not eating, focussing on "when" you eat rather than "what" you eat - learn about the types, some of the science behind it and how it can help health". Rachel Stephens will introduce this subject.
