Sue Moller leads the group. Meetings are usually held in her home.

Meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of the month from 1.30 to 3.30pm (with a tea break and £1 contribution).

We explore a wide range of scientific topics, recognising the topics’ importance to our lives. Indoor sessions may be led by one or more members or guest speakers, and we hope to arrange occasional trips.

Suggestions for future speakers and topics are always welcomed.

Tuesday 7 July

Visit to Hereford Hereford Society of Model Engineers, Broomy Hill, HR4 0LJ.

This a morning visit (9.30-11.30 am) to meet the volunteers who maintain the trains and tracks of this model railway.

Tuesday 4 August

Tea and cake in the garden. Baking powder and other culinary revolutions.

We will discuss how cooking has been transformed by various inventions. Booking recommended.
